Awwww, hi Gene Key 20! Thank you for inviting me in to deeper contemplation of presence. It makes so much sense that the mind always takes us out of being in the present moment. At the shadow level the awareness just isn’t there, and I find myself being busy busy busy! And guess what? Busy lacks real presence. So thanks to the art of contemplation, I get to be aware of the moments where I let busy take over. Where I let my mind take over. And it’s a beautiful opportunity do bring my awareness back to my heart and in to the gift of self assurance. When I read in the Gene Keys book that self assurance is divine relaxation I got full body chills. That’s the space I want to live from. Divine relaxation.
This week we explore Gene Key 20. Bring attention this week to your breath. Pause and take three deep breaths as often as you remember to. Presence is all about how deeply and rhythmically we are breathing. -The Gene Keys
Every week, I paint a specific RAINBOW MOON in honor of the current Gene Key in pulse, also known as the Gene Key of the week. “In pulse” means that it’s current placement is activated by the sun, and its essence will affect everyone on the planet during the dates listed above. Also, anyone born during this time will have this Gene Key specifically assigned to their “Life’s Work,” which is what they are here to do.
My core intention of these weekly blog posts is to share with you “rainbow codes” via my artwork that will further activate this specific Gene Key in pulse inside of you.
